Up Jack got, and home did trot, as fast as he could caper!

He went to bed to mend his head

with vinegar and brown paper <3

P.S.

I’m resting my voice, and I appreciate your concern. I’m going to take care of my body and spirit as they use their voice to tell me what to do. Thank you thank you thank you to all the caring folks who are tending to my needs. I am in good hands, and appreciate your concern through prayer, or song, or a piece of art. Whatever that means for you. If you’re concerned about Healthcare-Capital-H and the quiet voices of the frontline? NOW NOW NOW is the time to tell them. And then figure out a way to GET THEM THAT MESSAGE. Tell the people in Healthcare, however you feel is appropriate, that they matter. You are appreciated. I love you. Thank you for being essential. I can’t do this without you. And WE can’t do this without eachother.

Listen up people! It’s time to

ACTIVATE. AND THRIVE

.

P.P.S.

I just discovered my kitty, Cleopatra, puked on the couch. She pukes, well, daily. And I’m figuring out what food helps her settle and, maybe not puke so much? I thought I had it, but I think the dry food is making her puke. This time, she puked on the couch. From my friend. Whooops! And it cleaned right up with the brown paper-towel-stuff that my goodies from Offerman Woodshop came lovingly wrapped in. My time is my currency, and my job pays me American dollars for my time. I spend them at places like Offerman Woodshop because that is a cause so much bigger than “just” woodworking. Thank you for the help cleaning up! I love you guys!
